Goals for working with MGB

My goals for working as My Good Brain’s resident artist would be to increase mental health awareness and skills in children and families in a creative and inclusive setting. I am hoping to gain experience working at the intersection of art and psychology. I am also looking forward to working with the kids and trying different workshop ideas and activities related to art and mental health. I am excited to learn a lot here, be able to enjoy giving back to the community, and enjoy creating more art myself.
