Every Session

Every Little Sound Minds class follows the same warm, predictable arc so toddlers always know what's coming, and can relax into the joy of it.

The kids lead. Everyone goes home with their full coping toolkit.

  • Every activity is built on CBT, SEL, and trauma-informed frameworks, not just fun.

  • A volunteer musician plays throughout class, not a playlist. Real instruments, real energy.

  • You dance, play, and learn alongside your toddler. Research shows this is where the magic happens.

  • Every session ends with a Home Practice Card, one simple tool to use all month long.
