Welcome to the Little Mess Club—where toddlers can make big messes and even bigger memories.

Designed especially for children ages 18 months to 4 years, this playful workshop series encourages hands-on creativity, sensory exploration, and connection between caregivers and little ones. Each 45-minute session features a themed art activity that’s developmentally appropriate, messy-in-a-good-way, and all about the process—not the final product.

Whether we’re painting with bubbles, sculpting with squishy clay, or splashing colors with nature brushes, your child will build:

  • Fine motor skills

  • Emotional awareness

  • Language through art play

  • A love of creativity

Location: My Good Brain – Liberty Station, Barracks 2, Suite 202
Timeslots: 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM OR 11:30 AM -12:15 PM (on second Mondays & Fridays of each month)
Who: Toddlers ages 18 months–4 years and their grown-ups
Bring: Clothes you don’t mind getting messy & a willingness to play!

FAQs

  • Nope! We provide all materials, smocks, and clean-up supplies. We do recommend dressing your child (and yourself!) in clothes you don’t mind getting messy—just in case.

  • Yes, this is a caregiver–child workshop. Grown-ups are encouraged to sit, play, and create alongside their little ones.

  • Our workshops are designed for toddlers ages 18 months to 4 years old. If your child is a little younger or older, you're still welcome to join—just know that activities are geared toward this age range.

  • Each session runs about 45 minutes, including welcome time, guided art play, and clean-up.

  • Nope! While My Good Brain is rooted in mental wellness, Little Mess Club is a creative, community-based art experience, not a therapy group. That said, our workshops are thoughtfully designed to support social-emotional growth and family bonding.

  • Yes! If your child makes individual art (e.g., on cardstock or smaller paper), you're welcome to take it home. Larger collaborative murals may stay on display at the MGB space to showcase our community creations.
