Your enrichment funds
can come here.

If your child is enrolled in a California homeschool charter program, you may have $1,400 to $2,600 in enrichment funds each year — and MGB's arts and social-emotional learning programs are designed to qualify.

How to use your
charter funds at MGB

1

You submit a Suggested Vendor Form

The request must come from you — the family or teacher — not MGB directly. Fill out the short form below and we'll give you everything you need to submit a Suggested Vendor Form to your charter's Vendor Support Team.

2

Charter reviews eligibility

Your charter's Vendor Support Team reviews whether MGB qualifies. They will verify that our services are non-sectarian, open to all students, and aligned with your child's course of study before moving forward.

3

MGB completes the vendor application

Once the charter gives the green light, MGB submits the full Vendor Application along with required documents: W-9, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and a signed Vendor Agreement.

4

Enroll and attend — then we invoice

Once approved, enroll your child via Sawyer. After sessions are completed, MGB submits an itemized invoice to your charter with your child's name, Enrichment Certificate number, and service dates. Payment is issued on NET30 terms.

What your funds
can cover at MGB

All MGB programs integrate CASEL-aligned social-emotional learning with visual arts. Weekday morning sessions are available to accommodate homeschool schedules at our Liberty Station studio.

Request MGB as a
vendor at your
charter school

The vendor request must be initiated by you — the family — not MGB.
