About the Artist
Hanyue Song
This Fall 2024, we are excited to share the My Good Brain Fall 2024-Spring 2025 Resident Artist position. We wanted to collaborate with local San Francisco Bay Area artists to promote children’s mental wellness through the vehicle of art.
Our MGB Resident artists are tasked with the important role of helping us create/design social-emotional learning art booth activities during the year.
And we have been gifted with the honor of collaborating with our new Resident Artist, Hanyue Song.
Hanyue Song is a visual storyteller, designer, illustrator, and art educator, crafting immersive experiences that invite curiosity, reflection, and connection. She brings ideas to life through expressive color and intricate detail, sharing her vision through her creative small business, No Idea Studio. Through her art, Hanyue fosters a shared journey of discovery and creativity that resonates with all ages.
Hanyue’s designs and arts & crafts ideas will be featured in our art booth events throughout the year, so make sure to stop by at one of our events to check it out!

Goals for working with MGB
Through vibrant, healing art experiences, I aim to invite children to explore their inner worlds and nurture emotional resilience. With colors and creativity, I hope to offer a gentle pathway to self-discovery, making mental wellness feel as natural and joyful as play.
