Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Email hello@mygoodbrain.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.

• We’ll review your message within 3–5 business days and work with you to replace the item or offer a store credit if applicable.
