2022 Mental Health Awareness Month

This May 2022, My Good Brain is proud to be a partner of MTV Entertainment Group’s Mental Health Action Day for the second year in a row.

This year’s event is all about Teen Mental Health & Connection.

Check out the activities, events, and resources we have planned for youth mental wellness!

Mental Health: Let’s Talk About It

The unprecedented youth mental health crisis of today is a wake up call that we must address as a community. In order to help today’s teens flourish into young adulthood, we need to have open conversations about mental health topics that currently impact their wellbeing.

Throughout the month of May, we will be posting blogs focused on teen mental health.

Check back each week for the latest blog posts from our new Teen Blog Corner!

Our Mental Health Action Day Goal

For Mental Health Action Day, our goal is to raise $2000 by the end of May. With your support and generosity, we hope to support 50 students in the East Bay Area with 50 Tool Kits, grow our new Teen Creative Arts group, and host more online and in-person arts & crafts events.
