Youth Mindfulness Workshop
Coming in June 2024
In collaboration with Mindfulness Instructor Aditie Vaid, Taarika Foundation and My Good Brain, join us for a series of four 1-hour workshops this June 2024. The Youth Mindfulness Workshop will be focusing on teaching mindfulness skills to kids in Grades 1-12, and show them how to use mindfulness in daily life through art.
The workshop goals are to engage children Grades 1-12 in learning basic mindfulness skills, and practice activities that integrate mindfulness with artistic expression, aiming to enhance their social-emotional learning, focus, and self-regulation skills.

Meet Aditie Vaid
Certified Mindfulness Teacher
Adite, a Fremont parent to two boys, began her meditation journey in 2003; when she started searching for answers to life’s suffering.
Her long search led her to study Vipassana 10 day silent retreat in 2016. This was a turning point in her practice and she became regular with her daily sits. She started hosting group meditation circles, learning from local monastic nuns and Insight Meditation teachers in the US.
During the pandemic she started attending various online retreats. On becoming an empty nester she truly devoted herself to growing in her Meditation practice.
She is a Certified Meditation teacher Training with The Mindfulness Training Institute in Berkeley CA.
Her main motivation to teach is to share her love for Meditation and help others find more ease and joy in everyday living. To start living from a place of love and courage and let go of fear and concepts. To explore the practice of meditation alongwith her students and grow together in wisdom and love for everyone and everything.
