Reach Out & Get Support
Some days, we could all use a little bit of help. Whenever we find that things are more challenging to bear on our own, it’s a good sign that we need to reach out to others for support. Below are some great places to start.
California Peer Warm Line
The Peer-Run Warm Line–which began operation in 2014–is a non-emergency resource for anyone in California seeking mental and emotional support.
Crisis Support Services of Alameda County
To reach out and offer support to people of all ages and backgrounds during times of crisis, to work to prevent the suicide of those who are actively suicidal, and to offer hope and caring during times of hopelessness.
Teen Line
Teen Line provides support for teens like you who may be struggling with anything from a fight with a friend to thoughts of suicide.
Contact them anonymously and talk it out with a trained teen who will listen without judgement and provide resources to help. We get it.
Crisis Text Line
Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is here for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.
